■ In order to comply with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law in Japan, when requesting proxy services, you must agree to the following conditions.

Please refrain from purchasing this product if the use or possession of this product is restricted or illegal in your country or region.

Article 1: Legal Disclaimer and Intended Use

The products offered on this website are sold on the condition that they are used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and purchasers shall use the products at their own discretion and risk.

By placing an order, the purchaser is deemed to have understood and accepted the following:

  • This product is not a medicine or dietary supplement.

  • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease.

ABC-Labs assumes no responsibility for any problems resulting from misuse, improper handling, or other unanticipated use of the product.

Please use the product at your own risk. Our responsibility ends when the product is delivered to you, and we cannot be held responsible for any side effects or problems that occur after that.

Article 2: Age restrictions and eligibility to purchase

To purchase products from this site, you must be 20 years of age or older. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are an adult aged 20 or over.

  • Not be a student or a dependent (financially or legally protected).

Orders that do not meet these conditions may be cancelled without notice.

Article 3: Personal Use and Import Consent

By purchasing products through ABC-Labs, you agree to the following:

  • The Products are for personal use only and are not for resale or distribution.

  • Have a proper understanding of the nature and use of the product.

  • You have confirmed that importing and possessing the product is legal under the laws of your country or region of residence.

  • Have a doctor's prescription if necessary.

  • You agree not to hold ABC-Labs responsible for any health hazards, customs issues, or legal liabilities arising from the use of the product.

Article 4: Delivery

  • If your order amount is over 10,000 yen: Free shipping

  • For orders under 10,000 yen: shipping fee is a flat 1,000 yen

  • After payment is confirmed, your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Article 5: Payment

  • For bank transfer payments, full payment is required before shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are usually dispatched the same day, however in some cases they may take up to 3 business days to be processed.

  • The only payment methods available are Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

  • We cannot accept cancellations after payment has been made.

Article 6: Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the product:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and unopened.

  • If we find a solution, we'll cover the return shipping costs and send you a refund or a replacement.

  • ABC-Labs assumes no responsibility for any health hazards, allergic reactions, damages, or legal liability resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

  • All purchases and use are at your own risk.

  • By purchasing, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
